Note:- Transportation charges will pay by the client as per actual which is mentioned above.
a. Floor Machine Cutout is not in Unidor Scope
b. Cleaning of Glass & Partitions after installation is not in Unidor Scope
c. If wooden support is required the same is to be provided by client for support in top horizontal & Vertical
d. Any undulation in floor to be taken care by the client
e. Any damages to sections, glass etc after completion of work will be charged extra & to be paid by client
f. Hardware finish will be in Section Finish Unidor. Not taking any risk of Powder Coating & PVD in Hardware. This is responsibility of AIA.
Payment Terms:-
a. 50% advance along with PO including tax amount
b. 40% Before glass installation
c. 10% after Handover the keys within 7-10 days
Scope
a. The scope of quotation is described and further detail specifications given in this above quote.
Valid
a. The quote is only valid for 10 days only from the date of submit
Transportation
The cost of transportation from our warehouse to your designated site address if lifting not in Unidor scope.
Packing
Cost of normal packing in corrugated carton/wrapping is included in quoted price but does not cover cost of wooden carting, palletisation, weatherproof packing or any other special packing or fumigation charges.
